Lead AI Researcher / Data Scientist

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for leading the scientific research and development of the core predictive AI models, ensuring high accuracy and physical relevance for CAE applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the literature review on AI/ML for CAE (PINNs, Surrogates, XAI).
- Design, develop, and validate advanced machine learning models.
- Collaborate with the Domain Expert on feature engineering and model validation.
- Design visualization and interpretation strategies for model outputs.
Required Knowledge
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering with focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Deep knowledge of AI for Physics (PINNs) and Surrogate Modeling.
- Experience with XAI techniques and large-scale data processing.

Domain Expert (CFD/CAE Engineer)

Purpose of the Role
To serve as the primary technical authority on engineering physics, ensuring that all AI models are grounded in real-world CFD/CAE principles and meet industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define problem objectives and technical requirements based on physics principles.
- Provide deep domain knowledge to guide data audit and feature engineering.
- Validate AI model outputs against established engineering benchmarks and physical laws.
- Act as the liaison between the AI team and external engineering clients.
Required Knowledge
- Engineering degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in commercial CFD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, OpenFOAM).
- Strong foundation in Fluid Mechanics, Structural Mechanics, and Aeroacoustics.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering simulation and analysis.
Mid-Level
MLOps / Software Engineer

Purpose of the Role
To industrialize the predictive AI models, building the necessary infrastructure (data pipelines, deployment, monitoring) and the user-facing web interface for the DeepMobility Design Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for data preprocessing and model serving.
- Build and maintain the lightweight web interface for visualization of CFD/ML outputs.
- Implement MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning) for model deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and maintainable in a production environment.
Required Knowledge
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Expertise in Web Development (React/Vue, Python Flask/FastAPI).
- Strong skills in Data Engineering and cloud services.
- Proficiency with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
